"In her youthful exuberance, our lovely Amy(4Legs) had several ‘incidents’ resulting in Musculo/skeletal injuries. (She learned dogs don’t climb trees after following a squirrel 8’ up one, only to crash to the ground. Play with another over enthusiastic doggy pal resulted in a 3’ drop off the riverbank into the cold river.) As a result of these (and other) incidents, Amy now aged 11½ years, has required specialist treatment for the past 8 years.
When our previous specialist Vet retired, we found Amy Watson of PinPoint Veterinary Care. Initially drawn to her open and frank video introduction on the website, this was corroborated on our first appointment in August 2020. Amy Watson has been intuitive, engaging, caring and professional in her treatment of Amy(4Legs) whilst providing the necessary information and instruction to myself in a clear and details manner. Amy is both attentive to Amy(4Legs) on initial examination and also to her reaction to each needle inserted, providing Amy(4Legs) with reassurance as she does so. Amy(4Legs) tolerates the discomfort of her treatment knowing she will feel more comfortable after it. This is seen in her improved gait, ‘bouncy-ness’ and general joie-de-vivre in her persona.
